Marta Serra is an accomplished professional and student currently serving as President of the General Assembly and Co-Founder at JEnius Associação Júnior de Logística, while also holding the position of President of the Board. As an active member of ESTIEM, Marta completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course and functions as a Lean Six Sigma Instructor. With extensive experience in athletics, Marta has been a federated Track&Field Athlete since 2016 and is currently a student athlete at Universidade de Coimbra. Marta's professional journey includes a summer internship at The Navigator Company in 2023. Academically, Marta is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at both Universidade de Coimbra and Brno University of Technology, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia e Gestão Industrial from Universidade de Coimbra.
