Michael Lockwood is an experienced professional in property management and development within the aged care and community services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Development and Property Officer at Estia Health since April 2022, Michael oversees operations for one of Australia's largest aged care operators, supporting over 8,000 residents annually. Previously, Michael held various senior roles at Catholic Healthcare, including General Manager Property & Housing, where responsibilities included strategy, acquisitions, and development delivery. Michael's extensive background also includes project management positions at Anglican Retirement Villages, CB Constructions (NSW), Lend Lease, The Hills Shire Council, and Leighton Contractors. Michael holds a Master of Commerce in Property Investment & Development from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the University of Technology Sydney.
