Lyndsey Gilliam currently serves as an Account Leader in Truckload Control Tower Operations at Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC since April 2022, following a brief role as a Customer Representative in the same company. Prior to this, Lyndsey held the position of Office Manager at Methodist Family Health from December 2021 to April 2022 and was the Director of Operations at Bryant Preserving Company from November 2016 to December 2021, where strategic operational decisions were made. Earlier experience includes working as a Childcare Provider at Beyond Academy and as Activities Director and Certified Nursing Assistant at Pointer Trail Health and Rehabilitation, focusing on the daily activities of residents in an Alzheimer's unit. Additionally, Lyndsey served as a Retention Specialist at Experian, addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
