Qingxiang Song, PhD, is a Principal Scientist in Special Analytical Service at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2022, focusing on the enhanced analysis and characterization of raw materials, broths, and ferments in Hero Products while directing the technical work of junior lab members. Prior experience includes roles as Scientist II at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed testing raw materials and conducting validation procedures, and as a Scientist at Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation, performing comprehensive analytical studies and training junior analysts. Qingxiang Song began a research career at Toronto Research Chemicals, synthesizing numerous compounds, and conducted post-doctoral research at Queen's University, specializing in the structure-property relationship of liquid crystal materials, further supported by advanced degrees in organic chemistry from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science from Nankai University.
