Sophie Gauthier is currently the Vice-présidente, assurance des particuliers at ESSOR Assurances, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Chef de la direction at Favreau & Gendron assurance et services financiers from 2014 to 2017, and as Directrice du marketing et de l'assurance des particuliers from 2009 to 2014. Sophie has also contributed to the Ministère de la défense nationale and began their career in communications marketing at Les Ateliers d'Antoine. They hold a Maîtrise en administration des affaires from the Université de Sherbrooke, along with a Baccalauréat en Communication and a Diploma in property damage insurance which they are currently pursuing.
