Luca Recchia currently serves as the Head of Real Estate Optical EMEA at EssilorLuxottica, starting in September 2024, where the focus is on enhancing the company's presence in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Luca was the Real Estate Expansion Manager for Italy at Primark from January 2022 to September 2024. Luca also held multiple positions at Calzedonia Group from October 2016 to January 2022, including Expansion & Franchising Manager for both European and American branches, where responsibilities involved planning and monitoring commercial expansions, and identifying prestigious locations. Earlier experience includes a role as District Manager at The Thomas Group S.r.l, focusing on trade, sales, expansion, and consulting in luxury goods. Luca is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, with a background in communication and classical studies from previous educational institutions.
