Elena Marra currently serves as Store Operation Manager EMEA and previously held the position of Store Communication & Process Manager Retail Italia at EssilorLuxottica since June 2022. Prior to this role, Elena worked at Luxottica from July 2016 to June 2022, where various roles included Retail Operations Specialist, Business Controller, Business Analyst, and Sales Manager Assistant. Elena's career began at Hollister Co., where the role of Sales Associate was fulfilled from August 2012 to July 2016. Educationally, Elena Marra obtained a Laurea specialistica in Scienze aziendali, economiche e metodi quantitativi with a focus on Management, Finance and International Business from Università degli Studi di Bergamo (2015-2017) and participated in the Troika Program for Global Business at both Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and Higher School of Economics (2015-2016).
