Sherry Perez, ARM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving in a management role at Essex Property Trust since January 2013. Previously, Sherry held the position of Assistant Property Manager at ICO Development LLC for a brief period in 2012, where the property was sold. Additionally, Sherry worked at Carmel Partners from March 2009 to March 2012, progressing from Assistant Community Manager to Community Manager. Sherry is an alumnus of SDUIS.
