Scott Spicer has extensive experience in asset management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Essex Property Trust since July 2016, where prior roles included Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Associate, and Revenue Analyst. Scott's earlier career includes a Real Estate Development Internship at Buckingham Companies and various internships at the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Marion County Prosecutor's Office, Efron & Efron, P.C., Monroe County Justice Building, and Indiana Memorial Union. Scott holds a JD/MBA from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and the Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington. Educational achievements include Academic Honors from Lake Central High School.
