Li Qiu began their work experience at Essex Lake Group in 2016 as an HR & Admin Intern. They then joined the company as an HR Specialist in 2017. In this role, Li Qiu mastered employee labor law, handled recruitment responsibilities, managed employee onboarding, and organized employee leave records.
