Neil Cross currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service since January 2020. Previously, Neil held roles as Finance Director and Financial Controller at Cobb Europe Ltd from July 2009 to January 2020. Prior experience includes the position of Financial Controller at Multimatic, and Financial Accountant at Haymills Contractors Ltd. Neil began the career as a Chartered Student at Larking Gowen. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Leicester, completed between 1998 and 2001.
