Aliae Kharchafi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and marketing. Currently serving as Directrice achats et production at ESSENTIAL PARFUMS since July 2022, Aliae oversees production launches, supply orders, transportation, quality control, stock management, and budget oversight while managing a team. Prior to this role, Aliae worked as Commerce Manager at Auchan Retail from January 2019 to April 2022, leading a team of 15 and ensuring a successful customer experience in an €8M sector, while managing sales and stock. Earlier experience includes positions as Brand Manager & Trade Marketing at RB, Sales Marketing Trainee at Carrefour, Community Manager at Xerox, and Manager Project at Kultur'Edge.
