Brittney Wells, MSM, currently serves as the Regulatory and Quality Manager at Essential Ingredients, Inc., a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Brittney worked at Lonza, where titles included Quality Assurance Supervisor and Regulatory Lead from March 2018 to May 2021. Brittney's career began at Capsugel, where various positions were held from January 2008 to March 2018, including Senior Chemist and Chemist. Earlier experience includes working as a Chemist at Davis & Floyd, Inc., from June 2005 to January 2008, focusing on the analysis of semi-volatile compounds in wastewater samples and maintaining GC/MS instruments. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Lander University.
