Paul Guastini is a highly experienced Principal Architect currently with Essential Energy since November 2023, previously serving in similar roles at Westpac from April 2013 to October 2023, and has held positions as a Senior Solutions Architect. Prior expertise includes leading consulting at Object Consulting, project management at Johnson & Johnson focusing on AU/NZ Payroll, and managing implementations at Woolworths and Patrick Corporation. Early career roles involved PeopleSoft consultancy and application management at SKYCITY Adelaide, Chubb Security, Aristocrat, and AMP, where significant contributions were made in payroll and corporate applications. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from UNSW, completed in 1995.
