Cynthia Paz currently serves as the Site Coordinator for the THRIVE Afterschool Program at the Family Service Society of Yonkers, supervising programming for 30 students and managing a team of afterschool teachers. With a background in event management, community building, and academic support, Cynthia held various roles at Union College, including Theme House Manager, Peer Career Advisor, Writing Consultant, and Tutor. Additionally, experience includes a leadership internship at Adelphi University and customer service positions at GEICO. Cynthia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish & Hispanic Studies from Union College.
