Shane Murphy-Jones currently serves as the Chief of Staff at EssenceMediacom, where responsibilities include supporting the Global CEO and managing strategic projects, including the GroupM Privacy Sandbox Testing initiative. Previous positions held at Essence span various titles, including Client Director and Business Director, with a focus on BT Consumer's home products. Experience at Maxus Global involved account management for BT Broadband and BT Mobile, as well as roles in media planning. Earlier, Shane held leadership positions in student organizations at the University of Southampton and gained retail experience at Waitrose. Shane graduated with a degree in Mathematics with Finance from the University of Southampton.
