Abigail Klos, RHIA, has a diverse background in health information management and customer service. Currently serving as a Coding and Compliance Specialist and Clinical Chart Abstractor at Esse Health since February 2021, Abigail also completed an internship with the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as a Part-time Sales Associate at Vera Bradley, where effective communication and product knowledge contributed to a positive customer experience. In addition, Abigail gained practical experience during a brief stint at National Medical Billing Services. Abigail holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Saint Louis University, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2021, and previously attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2017 to 2018.
