Ashwat Dharmapurii has extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Head at ESS Kay Fabrications since March 2018, Ashwat oversees the manufacturing of components for the air conditioning industry. Prior to this role, Ashwat was an Entrepreneur at WINNER DIAMOND TOOLS PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on manufacturing cutting tools for the stone industry. Ashwat also held the position of Managing Director at W Diamant India Limited, where the company operated as a manufacturing hub for European and African markets. Experience at Bright Brothers Limited as General Manager Operations involved turning around the Faridabad unit and integrating the Pune plant. Earlier roles included Manager of Quality Assurance at Wipro Consumer & Lighting Products and Sr. Engineer QA at Bosch India - MICO. Ashwat holds a B.E. in Metallurgy from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, completed between 1982 and 1986.
