Rachael Montz is a Senior Staff Accountant at ESS since November 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in finance and accounting from previous roles, including Finance Assistant at Enriched Schools and Manager of Finance and Human Resources at Torsh. Rachael has demonstrated expertise in issuing invoices, managing expense reports, running payroll, preparing financial statements, and developing budgets and cash flow projections. Additionally, Rachael has a solid background in human resources functions, corporate recruiting, and direct sales, having held positions at Southwestern Advantage and Stuart and Company. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Louisiana State University.
