Rachel Weeden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Since December 2004, Rachel has held multiple roles at Esri, currently serving as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager and Local Government Team Lead, overseeing a team that supports city and county governments in implementing the ArcGIS Platform. Previously, Rachel was a Solution Engineering Manager, leading an eight-person team focused on customer success through the development of GIS solutions. Additionally, Rachel served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Community College of Philadelphia, teaching Geography and GIS courses, and contributed to the GIS program as a member of the Advisory Board. Rachel's career also includes experience as a GIS Specialist III at the City of Philadelphia Police Department and as a Computer Cartographer for the County of Chester. Rachel holds a B.S. in Geography from Penn State University and has pursued graduate studies in Community & Regional Planning at Temple University.
