Stephen Inglis is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property investment and management. Currently serving as Director at ESR Group since April 2023 and Regional REIT plc since November 2015, Stephen has a deep focus on regional office and industrial investments. Previously, as CEO of London & Scottish Property Investment Management from August 2019 to October 2024, and as Partner at Inglis Howie Property Consultants—an advisory firm co-founded by Stephen in 2004—Stephen played a pivotal role in establishing one of Scotland's largest independent commercial real estate advisory businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer and Property Director at London and Scottish Investments from May 2006 to August 2015, contributing to private equity investment in start-ups and commercial properties. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
