Rena Nigam is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Meytier Inc. since January 2019, Rena has developed an AI and analytics-based talent intelligence platform aimed at equitable hiring practices. Previously, Rena served as President and Board Member of Incedo Inc. from 2015 to 2018, and co-founded aSpark, focusing on emerging technologies and enterprise mobility solutions. Rena's career also includes significant roles at LiquidHub and Mphasis, where leadership in banking and capital markets initiatives was demonstrated. Additionally, Rena contributes as a board member at Esquire Bank and on the MSIS Advisory Council at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Rena holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
