Ria Stegehuis currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Espria, a position held since December 2021. Stegehuis is also a member of the Supervisory Board at Pro Persona and a board member at PGGM, both roles undertaken since January 2017 and July 2017 respectively. Previous leadership experience includes serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Cosis/Novo/Promens-care from October 2015 to December 2021 and as a member of the daily management at RIBW Alliantie from June 2016 to January 2020. From 2008 to September 2015, Stegehuis held the role of Director of Care at Menzis. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Studies from the University of Amsterdam and advanced training in crisis management for executives.
