Ralf Reichert is a prominent figure in the esports industry, currently serving as the CEO of the Esports World Cup Foundation since October 2023. With extensive experience, Ralf has held key positions such as Supervisory Board Member at Sporttotal AG since April 2020, and previously served as Chairman of the ESL FACEIT Group until January 2024, following the merger of ESL and Faceit. Ralf's influence in esports governance is further exemplified by roles as an Advisory Board Member for Gamescom and the Cologne Game Lab, and as a Board Member at the World E-Sports Association until December 2022. Notably, Ralf was Co-CEO of ESL Gaming from 2000 to 2022, helping grow the company into the world’s largest independent esports organization. Ralf began their career in 1997 as Managing Director and Co-Founder of SK Gaming, transitioning from player management to corporate leadership. Ralf holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
