Visal JothiBasu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Sutherland until June 2017. They then took on the role of Business Analyst at a Freelance Marketing and Creative Services company from January to October 2017. From May 2018 to July 2020, Visal worked as a Business Development Executive at Survaider. In 2020, they joined Delightree as an AE/Customer Success, holding this role until October 2022. Starting in January 2022, Visal also worked as a Host at OutRide, where they were involved in Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy. Currently, Visal is an Enterprise Account Executive at Esper, starting in December 2022.

Visal JothiBasu attended P.S.N.A. College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in Computer Science.
