Matthew Montgomery has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Sales Director and Associate Director at Espace Real Estate since March 2015, where responsibilities include negotiating the sale of villas across the region. Montgomery's achievements include being awarded Best Sales Newcomer in 2015 and receiving a nomination for Broker of the Month within the first four months of tenure. Prior to Espace Real Estate, Montgomery held positions at Lindsay Fyfe & Co. as Sales Manager, Senior Client Manager, Client Manager, and Sales Negotiator from May 2014 to March 2015. Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Northumbria University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and completed secondary education at Regent House Grammar School from 2002 to 2009.
