Nina Nikolich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Europe Startup Nations Alliance since September 2023, where strategic insights are provided to enhance the EU's entrepreneurship agenda. Nina co-founded Startup Macedonia, leading various projects to strengthen the local startup community, and has held roles such as Startup Ecosystem Lead at the Fund for Innovation and Technology Development, Program Officer at Swisscontact, and the SI Innovation Leaders Ambassador for the Swedish Institute. Additionally, Nina has spearheaded the Womenpreneurs Stories initiative to celebrate and support female entrepreneurs across the Balkans and contributed as a storyteller for various platforms. With a degree in E-business from the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius," Nina has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community development throughout a diverse career.
