Mikhail Kezin is a seasoned project expert with extensive experience in project assessment, realization supervision, and investment strategy development. Currently, Mikhail serves as a Senior Project Expert at ESN group since May 2007. Prior to this, Mikhail held the position of Head of the Investment Department at Investment Company "TPS," managing large-scale development projects in commercial real estate with a budget responsibility of approximately 600 million USD. Mikhail also has experience as a Project Manager at JSC "InterTransStroy," overseeing the business cycle from customer tender to production, and as a Senior Designer/Constructor at DON STROY Investment Company. Educational qualifications include a degree from State University of Management and Moscow State University of Transport.
