Margalida Cardona Garí is a dedicated health psychologist with a strong background in neuropsychology and social project management. Currently serving as a Health Psychologist at Esment since January 2022, Margalida focuses on the emotional and relational well-being of individuals with disabilities in the Socio-Laboral Insertion Area. Margalida is also a neuropsychology researcher at the University of the Balearic Islands, investigating the relationship between loneliness, social isolation, and executive functions in older adults. Additional experience includes roles as a psychotherapist at the Associació D'Ajuda a l'Acompanyant del Malalt de les Illes Balears, a Social Projects Manager at IMOTICS, and significant contributions to various social initiatives. Margalida holds multiple degrees in psychology and international management from institutions including the Universitat de les Illes Balears and the University of Surrey.
