Emanuele Bajo is a highly experienced academic and professional in the field of finance, currently serving as a Full Professor at the University of Bologna since March 2001, where roles have included Associate Professor of Corporate Finance and Assistant Professor. Additionally, Emanuele Bajo holds several key positions at Bologna Business School, including Associate Dean for International Development and Director of the Master in Finance and Fintech, while also contributing as a Member of the Consultative Working Group of ESMA’s Risk Standing Committee since November 2023. Emanuele Bajo is recognized as an Honorary Professor at The University of Queensland, and has served as a Non Executive Director at Sella Personal Credit and as an Adjunct Professor at various institutions. Emanuele Bajo's educational background includes a PhD in Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Laurea in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
