Susan Herendeen, CFP®, CTFA, AEP®, serves as the Managing Director of ESL Trust Services, LLC at ESL Federal Credit Union since June 2018, where also holds the position of Sr. Fiduciary Officer. Prior to this role, Susan was with Tompkins Financial Advisors from November 2009 to June 2018, holding titles such as VP, Financial Planning Manager, and Wealth Advisor. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ensemble Financial Services from 2006 to 2009 in Branch Development and at McDonald Investments from 1996 to 2005 as Branch Operations Manager. Susan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Alfred University and is a graduate of GlenOak High School.
