Marcus Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marcus currently works as a Product Manager at ESL Federal Credit Union since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager at Five Star Bank from September 2018 to September 2021. At Five Star Bank, they also held the position of Certified Personal Banker from August 2015 to September 2018, where they managed customer experiences, provided services, recommended products, and referred to specialized services. Marcus was actively involved in securing capital for small business clients and originating home loans.

Marcus also worked as a Security Officer at Swan Dive from August 2018 to September 2021, and at Armor Security from May 2015 to August 2018.

Before their banking and security roles, Marcus worked at Bank of America as a Personal Banker from February 2014 to August 2015. Marcus gained experience in customer service and relationship-building.

Additionally, they worked as an Agent at New York Life Insurance Company from October 2013 to February 2014, specializing in financial needs analysis, new customer relationship building, and customer service.

Before their career in finance and insurance, Marcus participated in a Sales Graduate Development Program at Firth Rixson from July 2011 to April 2013, where they managed multimillion-dollar accounts for aerospace engineering firms and resolved challenges to exceed customer expectations.

Marcus holds a Master of Science Candidate position from July 2010 to June 2011 at the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester.

Marcus also has experience working as a Transportation Security Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration from January 2008 to July 2010, where they utilized detection technology for passenger and property screening. Marcus underwent extensive training to enhance their interaction skills with the public.

Marcus began their working career at Lucky Brand Jeans as a Sales Associate from March 2007 to November 2007, where they developed relationships with clients, became a "Denim Expert," and provided fashion expertise.

Marcus Dunn has a Master's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. Marcus earned this degree from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the UNLV Lee Business School, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Marcus has also acquired a certification in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute, completed in December 2021.
