Stephanie Butt has over 18 years of diverse experience in project management, customer experience transformation, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager in the Customer Experience Transformation Office at Esko since January 2015, Stephanie collaborates with multiple teams to enhance customer experience and drive change management initiatives. Previous roles at Esko include QMS Manager, Global Process Manager, and Project Management Team Lead. Prior experience at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services involved establishing the Project and Change Management Office and developing project management documentation. Additional roles at Wolters Kluwer, Euroclear, and Alpha Credit provided a strong foundation in quality processes, client support, and loan processing. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from EHSAL and a Master's of Science in Advanced Studies in Management from Open Universiteit.
