Natalie Waltman has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Natalie started their career as a Construction Assistant at Dellabarca Design & Build in 2005, where they managed contracts with subcontractors and produced financial reports for construction projects. In 2006, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at Brighton Homes Idaho, where they assembled financial estimates and subcontracts for new residential starts and evaluated competitive pricing. Natalie then joined Engineered Structures, Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Project Estimator, where they managed contractor licensing, bid commercial projects, and collaborated with project teams to manage costs. Since 2015, Natalie has been the CEO and Preconstruction Manager at Waltman Homes Inc, where they handle subcontractor estimates and bidding, manages customer pricing and proposals, assists homeowners in design development, and manages construction financing, invoicing, subcontractor billings, and insurance.

Natalie Waltman attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management.
