Adin Fillo began their work experience as a Field Laborer at Merle Inc. in August 2017, where they worked until August 2019. In October 2018, they started a role as a Shipping Receiving Student Lead at Central Washington University, which lasted until January 2021. From June 2020 to December 2021, Adin worked as a Project Engineering Intern at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) and then transitioned to a Project Engineer position in January 2022. Currently, Adin is working as a Project Manager at Lexar Homes since July 2022.
Adin Fillo pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Washington University, attending from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, Adin Fillo obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Prior to this, in April 2018, they obtained the Emergency Medical Technician Basic certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Furthermore, in December 2017, Adin Fillo received Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
