Xavier Rochet serves as the Director of Accounting & Finance at ESI Group since June 2023, overseeing financial operations for a high-tech company with around 1000 employees across 20 legal entities in 18 countries. Prior to this role, Xavier was the Financial Control Director at Lisi Aerospace from September 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included financial management for multiple business groups and involvement in the Executive Committee. Xavier also held various financial positions at Valeo from June 2006 to August 2017, excelling in M&A projects and site finance management, leading teams to achieve significant sales growth and operational autonomy. Xavier's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from ICN Business School and advanced studies in International Business and Management Skills.
