Brian Williams is an experienced project controls professional with a diverse background in heavy industrial construction and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Controls at ESI Inc. of Tennessee since May 2019, Brian has previously held key positions at Summit Industrial, PCL Construction, Casey Industrial, MicroKinetics, and Commtech Inc. Expertise includes schedule development, progress monitoring, contract execution, change order management, and the establishment of cost engineering processes. Brian Williams holds a degree in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University and has a foundational education from Georgia Institute of Technology and Chattahoochee.
