James Oneal possesses extensive experience in public works and utility management. Currently, James serves as Assistant Project Manager and Public Works Manager at ESG Operations, Inc., where responsibilities include managing daily operations throughout the Public Works System since December 2014. Prior to this, James held the position of Public Works Supervisor at ESG Operations from May 2005 to December 2014, overseeing road, street, and beautification projects. Additionally, from March 1980 to March 2004, James worked as Underground Utilities Manager at Fiber Optics Inc., managing East Coast underground and aerial cable construction projects along with the design and rehabilitation of existing systems.
