Carla Gonzalez has extensive experience in operations and event management, currently serving as Unit Director and Operations Manager at ESFM® USA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carla worked at Waveguide LLC as a Multimedia Technician and at Encore Event Technologies as both Event Sales Manager and Audio Visual Technician. Additional experience includes positions as Tree House Coordinator at Tahoe Mountain Club and Bartender at ICEBAR Orlando, among others. Carla's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University and a high school diploma with a focus on Music in Performing Arts from Cypress Lake High School Center for the Arts.
