Marek Opaterny has over 15 years of experience in technical support and account management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer I and Manager for Product Specialists at ESET since October 2008. Prior roles at ESET include Technical Account Specialist III and Technical Support Engineer III, where Marek contributed to leading the Global Support Team. Prior to ESET, Marek worked as an Event/Project Coordinator at JPK from March 2007 to June 2008. Marek holds educational qualifications from Masaryk University Brno and Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2005.
