Lukas S. is a Food and Fermentation Scientist currently working at Esencia Foods, with experience in new product development. Lukas has a Master of Science degree in Food Technology with a specialization in Food Fermentation and Biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research. Lukas has also been involved in various research projects and educational activities related to alternative proteins and food microbiology during their time at Cambridge University, The Wageningen Alt Protein Project, and Wageningen University & Research.
