Kamran Razmdoost worked as a PhD Researcher at Cranfield University School of Management, focusing on the impact of knowledge calibration on consumer perceived value. Later, as an Insight Analyst at Flubit Limited, they analyzed consumer data and developed offering strategies. Additionally, they served as the Project Risk Management Leader at Namvaran Consulting Engineers. Currently, at ESCP Business School, they hold multiple roles including Dean, Professor of Marketing, and Director of MSc in Marketing and Creativity. They are also an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at UCL, where they conduct research in marketing at project-based organizations.
