He has been instrumental in building a productive, performance-driven and process-efficient learning environment in his earlier organizations including Coca-Cola, Reliance Retail, Delphi Automotive and Tata Motors in India and International markets. With his expertise, Amit is playing a significant role in strengthening the leadership and talent pool for Escorts and building the future organisation while managing various corporate functions.
