Susan Pastor is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in instructional coaching and administration. Currently serving as the Educational Technology Instructional Coach for Escondido Union High School District since June 2020, Susan previously held the position of Assistant Principal at San Pasqual High School from July 2015 to June 2020, overseeing various aspects of school management including safety, curriculum, and student discipline. Earlier roles included Teacher on Special Assignment focused on enhancing teachers' digital literacy and integrating technology in education, and a teacher responsible for delivering engaging instruction.
