Teresa Collins has over a decade of experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as Deputy Director of Communications for the City of Escondido since November 2012. Previous roles include Communications Manager, Communications Officer, and Events & Economic Development Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Teresa worked as a Marketing Specialist at Graybill Medical Group and held various positions, including Marketing Director, Assistant Director of Marketing, and Assistant Director of Communications for Institutional Programs, at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. Early career experience includes an Account Services role at ROI Media Inc. Teresa holds a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Visual and Performing Arts Education from California State University San Marcos and a degree in Non-Profit Management for Arts & Cultural Organizations from the University of San Diego.
