Olivier Paulat currently serves as Deputy CEO and Consultant in Finance & Risk Management at ESCLAT CONSEIL since June 2020. Prior to this role, Olivier operated as a Freelance Consultant in Finance and Risk Management from January 2020 to December 2021. Olivier has extensive experience in corporate finance, having worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor at ENGIE from March 2016 to June 2019, and as a Strategy & Economic Studies Analyst at ELECTRABEL - ENGIE GROUP from 2015 to February 2016. Olivier's career in risk management began at ENGIE Global Markets, where Olivier held the position of Credit Risk Manager from April 2009 to December 2014. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Finance from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
