Venkateswarulu Addanki has significant work experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Venkateswarulu is currently serving as the Head of External Manufacturing at Escientia Life Sciences since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GVK BIO as a Deputy Manager - Production from November 2016 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for production planning, execution, and supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting safety audits. Addanki also worked at Mylan Laboratories Limited as a Manufacturing Executive from June 2009 to November 2016. During their tenure, they successfully completed process validations for new products and played a key role in stabilizing the production of Ritonavir Form-1. Venkateswarulu started their career at Teckbond Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a Production Officer from April 2004 to June 2009. In this role, they were responsible for training staff, production planning, ensuring batches were produced as per plan, and investigating product failures.

Venkateswarulu Addanki completed their 10th class education at ZPHS Ramannapalem from 1994 to 1995. During this time, they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in Telugu medium. Following this, from 1997 to 2001, they attended GIPDCE&T and obtained a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering.
