Rodney McKinney has extensive experience in information technology, particularly in law enforcement settings. Since May 1994, Rodney has served in various roles at the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, including IT Video Systems Evidence Coordinator, Information Systems Security Administrator, and Information Specialist, focusing on compliance with FBI/FDLE CJIS Security Policies and managing surveillance and access control systems. Prior to this, Rodney worked as a System Installer at CTS America Inc. from January 1998 to January 2000, where responsibilities included installing servers, software, and user training. Rodney holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Pensacola State College, completed in 1998, and a high school diploma from J. M. Tate Senior High School, obtained in 1994.
