Rhela McCoy has over 35 years of administrative experience, currently serving as an Engineering Division Assistant and previously as a Construction Management Division Assistant at Escambia County BCC since June 2009. Prior to this role, Rhela worked as Executive Secretary to the County Administrator at the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners from 1996 to 2009. Earlier in career, Rhela was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Baskerville Donovan, Inc. from 1988 to 1994, where responsibilities included Human Resources Management and Payroll/Accounts Receivable/Payable processing, along with providing clerical support to the CFO and HR Manager.
