Ravneet Bansal has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Starting as an Accountant at Acuity Professional in 2013, they progressed to Assistant Accounts Manager before joining Epic Datamatix in 2017. At Epic Datamatix, they held roles as Assistant Accounts Manager and later Accounts Manager. In 2019, Ravneet joined Escalon Services, Inc. as Assistant Manager (F&A), later being promoted to Assistant Controller and finally Lead Controller in June 2021.

Ravneet Bansal completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Goswami Ganesh Dutta SD College in 2010, followed by becoming a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the same institution. Additionally, Ravneet Bansal completed a Certificate Course on Service Tax from APRA Research Foundation in 2012 and a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks in 2015 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
